Site redo to replace old site

Good day,
I just finished redesigning an old site and would like to replace the old published site with this new one. How do I best do this? The old site is still active. I want to keep the same domain name; it is still hosted by Web Flow. I need to upgrade it with this new design.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

To update your site while keeping the same domain, you’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Transfer your Site plan from the old site to the new site:

    • Go to Site settings > Billing tab
    • Click “Transfer plan”
    • Select the destination site
    • Confirm the transfer

  2. Once the transfer is complete:

    • Go to Site settings > Hosting in your new site
    • Click on “Connect domain”
    • Select your existing custom domain
    • Follow the prompts to connect it

Note that your old site will be unpublished automatically when you publish the new site to the same domain. The old site will remain in your dashboard but will revert to a Basic (free) plan.
