Show / hide elements in symbols (e.g. a nav bar / footer) based on page

Is it possible to show / hide elements within a navbar or footer based on the page that the user is on?

I want to display different navbar items and footer items on different pages, but I would prefer to reuse the same symbols. Is this possible within Webflow? I am aware of conditional visibility for CMS items, but want to understand whether this can be achieved for non-CMS items as well.

No, if it’s a symbol it will always be the same. You can manually build them different for each page if they aren’t a symbol though.

You can also choose to hide these elements using the “Page Load”. It’s not a perfect solution, but it will get the job done for sure.
