I want to hide my nav bar with conditional visibility, but it's not working

Hey guys,

Trying to get my nav bar (which is a symbol) to be hidden when a simple condition is met from the CMS item the page is about. I can put in the condition no problem in the settings page for the symbol:

But it simply doesn’t work. The nav bar symbol stays no matter what. Any other element gets hidden as it should.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Try unlinking navbar from the symbol. You can always repeat the process if / when the symbol is changed.
