Show current tab name (textbox) in dropdown (textbox)

I have been scouring the internet but I think don’t know the right search words to find the script I need.

I have a tab system that converts to a dropdown on mobile. How can I make the textbox on the dropdown bar show the name of the current tab?

The current tab is “Account” so I would want the dropdown bar to say “Shared Workspace BZN: Account”. I cloned the tabs from a template that just said “Menu” in the dropdown bar.

Here is what it looks like on a wider screen when it’s in tab mode:

Note: this is a tab system within another tab system. The tab menu gunk at the top of the published page will all be hidden of course!

yes, I don’t really know what I’m doing and this whole thing is probably set up in a weird way but overall it’s working how I want! :joy:
