Set text stroke to outside instead of inside

Hi,

I would like to add a big white stroke around my headings with black text. The stroke should be 28px on my 98px H1 for example. When I set this up with the stroke function, it appears that the stroke turns inside the text instead of outside. I want to make an outline and not ‘eat’ into the text like it this now. Is this possible with the current stroke options?

I searched around for a while but couldn’t find a definite answer. This is how it should look:
