I often work on pages with names like “registration v1”, “registration v2” etc.
At the moment I can’t see which one I’m on when on the editor as the page name is truncated. Ideally I’d like to see the whole name all the time but failing that, at least on rollover as a tooltip.

Seconded. This is a very annoying shortcoming. Ability to resize the Pages pane would be good as would @Mowgli’s suggestion of a tooltip on hover.
