Section colour changing in preview

I’m using a template and have changed all the base colours but can’t seem to get the FAQ section to change to the correct blue colour when being published it defaults back to the yellow used initially. I’ve checked the interactions/animations and can’t seem to see anything to explain this.

Any help would be amazing!!
