Scrolling outside of the site's viewport is allowed and I don't like it!

Hello,
On the desktop version of my website (https://abps-nexus.webflow.io/), the browser allows you to scroll around 20 pixels to the right of the page, showing the white space hidden underneath the website itself. It looks very ugly, but I can’t figure out why it’s there. I set the overflow to hidden for every element I could think would cause it, but clearly that isn’t the problem. Any advice?
