In safari, I frequently experience that, after I have used my cursor on the right sidebar and then want to scroll through my page (changing the cursor position to the working area, the scroll is still stuck on the right sidebar!
So the cursor position is in the working area, but the scroll behaviour somehow ‘thinks’ that my cursor is still on the sidebar.
Usually after clicking around on the page, or waiting 5-10 seconds, it works again.
