Hi I noticed that the dynamic contents don’t go back to normal after stretching the browser window.

if you make the web browser window smaller you can see that my picture becomes small but when you reset the size of the window the picture doesn’t go back to it’s normal size.
can you look into that?
another problem I am having is when I display the website on the phone, after loading when i scroll down the scroll will go up to the beginning of the page. It looks like a glitch. can you also look into that.
