Scaling down images on different breakpoints

Im having a hard time scaling down images from desktop to tablet size.

I managed somehow for them to scale in the first project but the second one just doesn’t. Applying specific classes for sizing hasn’t worked and Im spending too long trying to figure this out.

Any help welcome!

Hi there,

Webflow automatically handles responsive images to ensure they display correctly across different screen sizes. The image settings panel gives you control over how your images behave responsively. You can manage this through the Settings panel under Image settings, where you’ll find options to enable or disable responsive scaling for specific images.

For images that need to fill their container, set the width to 100% in the Style panel. Keep in mind that any style changes you make on the desktop breakpoint (992px) will cascade both up and down to other screen sizes, affecting how your images appear on tablet and mobile views.

When working with hover states or interactions, always preview your site across different device sizes to ensure your images maintain their intended appearance before publishing.

Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.

Yes I still need help. I have no idea why some images are responsive and some arent when all of them have responsive scaling enabled.
