I finish the desktop design but when switch to mobile and change the size pixel, and go back to desktop and make the picture smaller and then I change the pixel on desktop but it gets change in the mobile. How can fix this?

I don’t understand what you are asking. You shouldn’t use the image size popup for sizing for each viewport. Instead use the sizing in the right panel for width on each viewport.
Hi the image size it get reside when switch to mobile and dont know how to keep the side for each device
if mobile the image needs to be smaller and desktop the image needs to be bigger
