[RESOLVED] Lightbox not adding images

I added several lightboxes to my gallery page but now when I try to add new images to a lightbox it allows me to add a couple of images but then doesn’t allow me to add additional ones. When I attempt to add a new image using the lightbox settings it keeps adding the image-placeholder.svg image. Some lightboxes won’t allow me to add any new images. I’m just not able to consistently get the light box to add photos.

Thanks for posting this, this definitely sounds like odd behavior.

I wasn’t able to see the behavior you are describing (GIF of what I see).

Can you please send me screenshots of the behavior you’re describing?

Can you please try the following:
(1) Try to reproduce the error while being logged into Webflow using Incognito mode with browser extensions turned off:
(2) If the problem persists, please take a screenshot of your Console and send it to me:

Could you please let me know what browser version you’re using by sending me your information from this page?

I tried adding photos to the lightbox using the incognito mode. It worked for about 6-8 photos and then stopped. I tried adding images to several of the lightboxes on my page but it would work for a few images and then stop.

When I try to add more images the “Choose Image” button does not highlight.

I’m sorry but I’m lost when you talk about using the console. I tried following some instructions from the link you sent but still makes no sense.

I tried it on another computer. When I add an image from the assets I have no problem. But when I click Upload, and try to select an image that is where I’m not able to add the image.

Now it appears as though it is an upload problem. When I click Upload, in the assets panel, I can select a photo from my computer but it doesn’t upload it.

I figured out that it’s operator error.
