Does anyone know how I might go about creating a footer at the bottom of the home page that has a title of Quick Links and contains a banner of logo images that can be clicked on to take the user to different sites? Ideally all the images would be uniform size so it looks clean

Hey, Footer is created like every other element.

Use a div for the footer body then inside that div add whatever you need.
