I use plugin MixItUp ([TUTORIAL] Using Isotope and MixItUp plugins with Webflow)
I did everything as in the instructions to the plugin. But when I click on the button, all items disappear

In the constructor, these underscores do not exist! They were framed by WebFlow itself! WebFlow distorts class names.
I added underscores in data-filter values for buttons, but items still disappear.
No. Webflow was making them valid class names. Classes can never start with a numeric character.
I’ll give you another hint, class selectors need to start with a specific character.
