Problem "Lost your authentication device?" Link for 2 Factor Authentification

Hello, after a refresh device, I lost all my codes on Google Authentification App,

So I want to refresh my Webflow two-factor authentication but the “Lost your authentication device?” don’t work… it’s open on a white page !

Please can we help me ?
