Problem hover again becomes slower rotate

Hello
I try to make all interactions video’s

into one site for Love: Valentine…
can you help me to arrange to be DJ : hovering is ok, but stopping and playing again becomes always slower.

I followed this steps to make an infinite loop: but a loop can not be started when I hover out?
