Hello Guys,
I am new and I can’t find any tutorial or any topics in webflow forum which deal with the building of a price comparison website.

How can I build a price comparison website like Google Shopping in other words a website which links to another website in every product.

You probably won’t find anything that specific, but I’d start by understanding CMS items inside out and probably API integration with external services, depending on the complexity of the solution - this will be the core element of the site.
