Preselect radio button on page load

How to get a *custom* radio button to load as checked

Checkboxes currently have the native Webflow option to start as checked, but radio buttons don’t. There are also multiple threads in this forum that address setting a default radio button checked by adding an attribute checked=true. However, now that radio buttons can be customized, this checked=true attribute no longer works. Has anyone found a solution? Here is the live page in question, and my read-only link is down below.
