Preload the entire page

Hello everybody!
I just finished working on my page and I noticed the animations are very jittery when I scroll, unless I don’t scroll for a few seconds and I wait for all the content to be loaded. In that case, the animations are very smooth.

I tried to add a preloader following this tutorial Build a custom preloader - Webflow interactions & animations tutorial - YouTube
but it seems that once the preloader is gone the page is not actually loaded, just the first part or something like that.
