Is it possible on a redirect for me to populate the URL string of the redirect URL with data from the webflow form. Here is the URL I would like to redirect to. You can see the Phone number and Email fields as the two data fields I need to post to the redirect URL if possible. Thanks.

I am not sure what to post in the way of screen shots or environment, etc. Basically all I am trying to do is create a simple form in webflow with the fields of Name, Phone Number and Email address and then on submit redirect to an outside url and post the values of the webflow form to the URL redirect. Below is the redirect URL that I will send the users to after they hit submit. Is there any way to take the values of the weblow form and insert them into this url on redirect?
