Possible to have multiple fixed divs for mobile?

I’m aware of the workaround with using a fixed DIV for mobile but I can’t figure out how to create multiple fixed divs so that it acts like a regular fixed background image as it would function on desktop view.

Im trying to create different sections where the background image stays fixed and the layers on top scroll over it.

Any suggestions ?
