I hope everyone is having a good day here, I come here quite often to find solutions to the problems I’m encountering throughout my Webflow Freelance journey. Now the following question, is quite specific about whether and how you would tackle the following design problem.
The client wants a carousel (with the interactions) similar to the one seen just below the menu as seen in https://poosh.com/.
Could this be done by putting the relevant assets in a collection? Or is there another way I could do this with custom code?
I’ve already quite some experience working with Webflow, however, I wasn’t able to solve this riddle.
Happy to hear your thoughts on this.
Looks like a simple slider to me, are you talking about the interaction on page load? What part are you stuck on?
Sorry for not being clear enough. I see the difficulty in linking the text animation to the corresponding slider’s slides.
I see what you mean. Yeah that seems like quite the endeavor to get it working exactly like that in Webflow. The tricky part comes with setting up the interactions to work with a user clicking forward or backwards on the slides. I don’t think it’s impossible but you’d need to spend some time planning how the interactions would work.
Another simpler option would be having the slider auto-play and set up interactions on timers to match the slider duration, built a sample here: https://jacks-superb-project-4b4db4.webflow.io/

Just threw it together real quick so it’s messy but it’ll give you an idea.
