Plus - popup in rich editor disappears

Whem i’m in a rich text field, and i want to add an image via the plus / popup menu, the menu disappears. I have made a screen recording:

I’m only clicking once, the popop shows a split second before it dissapears.

I have tried different browswers (chrome, edge, firefox), and different OS (windows, linux). All same result.

Anybody know how to fix this?

I’m having the same issue and can’t find anything else about it. Related to the latest update?
