Please help, Nav bar link blocks acting weird. Don't know how to fix

Hello,

I am trying to add three social icon links to the top left side on my nav bar. When I put in the first one, it works fine. Sticks to the left like I want it. When I put in another link block next to it, it has a ton of space in between. You have set the right margin to 1em, change that and see whether it helps
