Pagination leading to weird link that does not work

I have this pagination on a CMS collection list of blog posts.
When I try to use the pagination, it leads me to https://www.[domainname]/href=%22https://[domainname]%22/%3E?5155eebb_page=2
Which leads me to a 404. Any idea why ?
