I have not started building any of this out. I wanted to gather some helpful feedback before getting started. I cam across this site (https://www.meliketurgut.com/) and wanted to know if these page transitions/interactions (Clicking on the nav links and having page slide into view) are possible in Webflow. Ideally, I would be able to stay away from any custom code. Any advice on how to make this happen would be greatly appreciated!

I think this is possible, but you need to use some custom code. The custom code is to delay the link in order to show the animation first and then load the page.

That custom code should not be too much trouble to implement. I think I was hopeful that I could delay the page load through Webflow only 
I’ll try this method out today and continue to reply if there are difficulties.

Back again, @PeterDimitrov! So I think the code used by @PixelGeek will work for delaying the page load for each item. As far as design and structure in regards to the interaction, how would you achieve that? Basically, how should those images be set up and what interactions would you trigger on hover? Thanks again!
