I want to have an animation load on my home page once, and then disappears after around 5 seconds. However I want it to then NOT appear on the home page again for a certain amount of time, in a similar way to the cookies bar.
I have been trying to get it to work with the cookeis js but it interferes with my actual cookies bar.
Can anyone tell me a way of doing this as I’m really struggling.
