I want the homepage animation to not show when it loads if the user has been on the site before.
I’ve found good solutions in Stackoverflow and Finsweet, but it doesn’t work in this instance. Those solutions use display:none to hide the loading wrapper. In my case, I need to just skip the animation (where the text and blue image block animates in) and simply load the static version.
What I have in the Home page tag is close to what I need. I made it so that a class is added or removed to all the animated elements depending if the cookies are present or not. But now the animation doesn’t even work when the cookies aren’t defined.
I’d really appreciate some help with this since I can’t find a solution.
