Open Overlay another page like in Figma

Hi there webflowers,
I am getting used to webflow as it is a very good web development tool. But now I am trying to figure this out. On Figma You have the option of open overlay, this means that for example when you click a button, content appears on top of the content that you were reading. I would like to use it so when someones click a button, appears an article of the blog without leaving the page.
I have attached some phots of what I am trying to explain.
