I make a web page and in the SEO of my Home page I put the open graph image but when sharing the url on facebook the image is not show. Why? Did I make a mistake?

Have you tried “Scraping” the appropriate URL?
Enter the domain, and click “scrape again”. Then try sharing again.
I don’t know about working with facebook, but if I share the link like this (www.flexdesign.pt) the open graph image does not appear. But, if I share (https://www.flexdesign.pt/) It appears… (?)
That’s strange, and I am not sure of the answer - you tried the scraping, yes? How about if you scrape both the https:// and the www. versions of the link?
I just tested your problem with one of my own sites, and it works for both https://www. and www. - but I’m afraid I don’t know the answer to your problem 
I just tried scraping your URL myself and it seems to work now! I scraped “www.flexdesign.pt”. Does it now work for you?
