Only root domain visible, not www?

Hello,

I just subscribed to a CMS plan for a client.
I did the DNS changes as requested.
It seems both root and www are conneted (see screenshot)
however, only the root domain (wventures.de) seems deployed (see screenshot)
cherry on the top, the root domain returns a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS page…

Am I doing something wrong ?

You need to make the www the default domain and republish.

If you wanted the base domain to be the default, you’d need to read up on flattened CNAME configurations and find a DNS that supports it.
