On hover text colour won't change, despite what I change

Hello everyone,

Having a little bit of a pickle.

When trying to change the hover colour of my dropdown menu (pages), no matter how much I change the colour or what I do, the colour still remains orange (it shows black on preview but orange live).

Can someone help with this?
