Not receiving form subscription confirmation email

I create a form, when I test it the email entered is not getting a confirmation that they submitted the form. I have done two tests, both register in the entries of the forms but the “customers” are not receiving an email saying their submission was successful or that they sign up for a newsletter.

One email is info@ and the other @gmail.com

Webflow forms don’t send a submitter a notification.
