Hi there!
I’m having a newbie problem: A new section i’m dragging onto my page isn’t loading underneath my previous section functioning as a hero. Its showing up near the top underneath the navigation section.
How do I get the new section to go underneath everything I have already laid out? Please Please help…

Your hero is fixed, meaning it’s not in the flow of the page. Anything you’ll add will stick under what’s in the flow of the page: the menu.
So rework your structure:
menu position:fixed, or absolute, depends on how you want it to behave
hero section position:relative, 100vh height
then the next section dragged in the viewport will place itself following the hero section
