Need help with horizontal scroll

I need to design a horizontal scroll where:

The Title stays sticky to the top of the page for the duration of the horizontal scroll.

The cards slide horizontally until they get to a certain point - the yellow border that is set to keep everything else with max width of 1440px. Only then the normal scroll continues.

this is a perfect example but I can’t get it to work with divblocks of different widths

exactly like it’s done here, but my wrapper div is maxed at 1440px
