Need help creating a link to a section that can be used on external apps

I created a unique Id and made the custom link: Boomerang Ideas

But for some reason the section link doesn’t work. How can I fix this ?

So technically, when I type this url ( Boomerang Ideas>) in google I should jump directly to the contact form.
What do I have to do to fix this?

FYI: #contact and #Contact are not equivalent. HTML ID’s are case sensitive.

So I have changed the ID to a lowercase “C”, but it still doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?
