Navigation Menu Drop Down

Hello, I am having some difficulty with my nav drop-down menu for mobile devices. I am not sure how to get the drop-down to appear outside of the navigation bar. For now, it looks like it is being clipped when it is dropping passed the navigation bar. I have the nav menu overflow set to visible and I set the positioning set to relative (absolute had the same result) with a high z score. I may start systematically removing elements to see if that does any good. If anyone can help me with this issue I would be very grateful!

First, start by setting the sidebar column to overflow visible.

Then you still need to fix the mobile portrait version
