My navigation menu is responding scrolling on an iPad device, I’d like it to just stay put. Why is it responding with a scrolling effect and how do I take that off?

figured it out, the position had to be absolute and set to full.
If you see the back end coding portion, then you can see that you have not mentioned the right location. Therefore, this problem has occurred.
