Nav with bottom frame when scrolled revealed mid-page, but not when at the top of the page

Hi All,

I’m trying to create an interaction that makes my navbar have a bottom frame when it’s scrolled into view mid-page lets say, but when it is at the top of the page, the bottom frame will fade away.

I thought it was a simple scroll interaction but the bottom frame becomes permanent when I try to add it on scroll…

Is this what you mean for bottom frame?
