Hello, I am having this odd issue where all of my drop-down menus except for mobile view have all of my nav links in clear view…but on the mobile view, my nav link has disappeared- but you can still click on it you just can’t see it.

This problem might have lots of reasons, and without a Read-Only link it will be almost impossible to know.

I think that the problem is one of your interactions.
You have a bit of a mess in there…
Once I deleted all interactions, the menu opened up nicely.
Try disabling them one by one and find the problematic one

I could not test this on mobile since I have only read only link. But in the designer, in the mobile view, and in preview mode - yes.
