Nav bg shows color change in design not in preview

Hi LEF!

First time user here. Changing template nav bg color. It shows the change in design mode by no color change in preview mode. Been reading forum, haven’t found what I’m doing wrong. I’m sure it’s something simple but can anyone help?

Could you help to share the site read only link, that will help to check what might be the issue, see here how to “Share your project and invite collaborators”

I would also provide a screenshot of the element in the designer that is having the issue and how it looks in design mode vs preview mode. A good tool for screenshots is loom.com or getcloudapp.com.
