Nav bar buttons are clickable when menu is inactive?

So I have a pretty simple hamburger trigger that makes me logo go away and the nav bar links appear. But when the links aren’t there and I hover over the logo… the website is acting as if I’m not over the logo and instead the links are there.

Anyway I can fix this?
