My Webflow subdomain.io cannot be reached

Hi there,

So i wrapped up my first version of my website with webflow. I wanted to start fixing bugs once the subdomain went online. I published to my subdomain (NOT CUSTOM), and I get a “cannot reach” window in my browser. Chrome & Mozilla does not work.

Ignore the name ^^’

I will not publish to my main custom domain yet. What can I do to fix this??

If your publish was successful, then the project should be available at the staging URL you published to. Click the link in the publish tab after you published to avoid running into a typo. If that does not work then reach out to Webflow support as this would be an operational issue the community can’t help you with.

Yes I also send a support ticket, and the query is apparently longer than usual (they told me that).

The weird thing is, I added a wiglet/box for the GPDR agreement which can be seen on my dashboard on the preview window, as this is only possible once the website is published/online. But when I click on the link/url is tells me the website cannot be reached…

Guess i will have to wait then. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this quickly.
