Modal Pop Up Help

I followed this tutorial [Tutorial] How to create a modal/pop-up in Webflow - Webflow Tips - Forum | Webflow
to create a pop up modal. I have used this method before and it worked fine but not this time.

Would someone please take a look at the read link and tell me why this is not working for me?
