Hi there!

You can easily test your website’s responsive design directly in the Webflow Designer using the built-in breakpoint views. The default breakpoints include Desktop, Tablet, Mobile landscape, and Mobile portrait views.

To switch between different device views, you can either:

  1. Use the device icons in the top navigation bar
  2. Use keyboard shortcuts:
    • Desktop (1)
    • Tablet (2)
    • Phone landscape (3)
    • Phone portrait (4)

For a more realistic preview, click the “eye” icon in the top navigation bar to view your site in a new browser tab, where you can test the responsive behavior in real-time.

Hopefully this helps! If you still need assistance, please reply here so somebody from the community can help.

hello

i am mainly looking for the solution on getting rid of the black bar on the main page of the web version without touching the image sizes that affect my desktop version.

The issue is with the padding of ‘Fullscreen Image Wrap’, change it smaller from 125%. May be that will help.

Hey @Maurice_Autentic,

In mobile breakpoint, you can set the height of ‘Parallax Image’ to be 100% instead of current setting of 80% and this should get rid of the black bar in the mobile view. Hope this helps.
