Mobile Menu Interaction Only Works On Homepage

I am having an issue where my mobile menu only activates on my homepage. Other pages you can tap away but nothing with pop up. This nav bar is a clone also, im very confused.

Yeah, I got it all figured out :confused: took me forever to learn that all I had to do was create a class for the element lol. Thank you
