Marketo + Webflow Integration via Zapier

Hi,

I have successfully connected my Webflow site to Marketo via Zapier. Now, I’m having trouble figuring out how to trigger a Marketo Campaign when someone submits a form on this page: https://info.wizeline.com/chatbots/customer-support.

This is the Marketo campaign that I created and want to trigger on a form submit:

I reached out to Marketo and they pointed me to this article: Lead Database - Marketo Developers. This article doesn’t make much sense to me. I would love to know if anyone knows how to do this or can point me in the right direction. I believe the CampaignID can be found in the URL. This campaign ID is: 4464.

If there’s any easier way to do this (such as not using Zapier at all), I’m all ears. Looking forward to any response!
