Making a Tab Bar Menu become horizontal scrollable on mobile devices

Hi,

Im trying to make a Tab Bar Menu become scrollable on mobile devices. I thought I could accomplish this with “overflow Scroll” but it does not make my site responsive and the tab bar horizontal scrollable.

Any help?
