Draggable tabs menu on mobile

Hi guys,
I have a tabs menu that should be draggable on mobile. I do not want to make it with auto and have a visible scrollbar. Is there any way to do this? Should I try to animate it like in the webflow horizontal animation tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6aVtifYScg?
